Logging In to the ictVoIP Hosted PBX Print

Getting started with the ictVoIP Hosted PBX

 

Once your ictVoIP PBX user service package has been setup and completed, you can access the web portal by opening your browser and navigating to https://waterloo1.ictvoip.ca:8887. If your browser displays an SSL certificate warning, you may safely ignore it and proceed. You will then be directed to the login page, as shown in the screenshot below. Please note that the Web portal address maybe different from this tutorial. Please check your service in the ictClient Area and click additional for proper credentials and server info. You would also have received a Welcome email with the information needed.

 

Enter your SIP Domain as mentioned in the above reference. (example shown waterloo2.icttech.pbx)

 

Login with user name and password. If you enter the SIP Domain incorrectly you will be presented with an error.

 

 

After successfully logging in to the PBX Web Portal, the dashboard will appear as shown in the screenshot below.
