Password Recovery Procedure

In order to use the password recovery procedure you must provide an alternate email by logging into your Webmail account and select Options & Security and then add the alternate email to send a link for recovery if lost or forgotten password. Once you have set your recovery alternative email then at any moment if you enter a wrong password or forgot your password you will be presented with a link for password recovery at logon after your first failed attempt.
To setup your alternate email address for recovery login to your account and click on the Cog Gear at the top right of the screen. Click "Security".
Enter your current password and enter your recovery email. Click Save. You now have a method for using our password recovery system.
While trying to login in with incorrect password, this is the proceedure for recovery.
Try to sign in with an incorrect password. You will then see the "Forgot your password?" link. Click on the link.
With the alternate email address you setup earlier, enter it in the field named "recovery email" then click the "Send Email" button.
The login screen will return with a notification that "Password recovery email sent" message.
Login to your alternate email account (i.e. @gmail.com account) and click on the link provided in the email to reset your password.
The link you clicked on above with open this window in your browser. You can now enter your new password. This link will expire after the first use.
Once completed you may now use your new password. Please remember to update all passwords which belong to this account on desktop applications or devices in order to receive and send emails.
