Configuring Outlook 2013 ~ ActiveSync Server
Purpose & Scope
Use this article to configure Outlook 2013 with Our ActiveSync server.
Outlook 2013 requires a trusted SSL certificate in order to connect. If you're running a self signed certificate, the client must trust the certificate before the connection is made. See comment section for trusting a self signed certificate on a client machine.
Procedure
From the Outlook 2013 client:

Explore to the Control Panel

Select Mail

Select Add
-
Define a unique name for the new profile

Select Manual setup or additional server types

Select Next
-
Select Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service

Select Next
-
Enter in the User Information, Server Information, and Logon Information:

Your Name: Enter your name

E-mail Address: Enter your full email address
-
Mail Server: Enter your Hostname or IP address of our mail server

User Name: Enter your full email address
-
Password: Enter your password
-
-
Select Next
-
Select Finish
-
Select OK

The server can be the same information you use to connect to WebMail.
