How to Top Up your VoIP Account Print

We provide many payment methods via PayPal which include a Verified PayPal Account, Major Credit Cards or eCheque. In order to maintain your VoIP service we have setup a low balance alert notification which corresponds to your current VoIP package. You will receive an alert email which will indicate your existing balance and your low balance threshold alert notification. It is best to keep your balance above this threshold in order to maintain service. If your balance is zero or a negative amount, you will no longer be able to place calls or receive calls. You will still retain any DIDs for a short period of time. After one week if your account has not been topped up you will receive a Pre-Suspension notice at which time you will be notified that your DID(s) will be placed back into our DID pool.

To make VoIP top-up login to your Client Area and click on the "Credit Balance" icon to Add Funds.




Enter the amount to depost. Minimum amount is $25.00CAD and the maximum is $1000.00CAD. Then click on "Add Funds" button.



You will be redirected to a secure PayPal payment area. Here you can pay via PayPal or select to pay with Credit Card. You may also cancel and return to your client area. If you do cancel a Deposit Invoice will stay outstanding which you can pay at a later time or if it was generated in error then please contact support by opening a ticket HERE to cancel the add funds invoice.
